Hi!!

Hi everyone! I know my post is a little late, but I am writing. I am watching what I eat and exercising. So far I have lost around six pounds. my Sunday school teacher told me that I should record stories so that when I have kids I can tell them those stories. So here's one my mom told me from when I was two:

We were shopping and I pointed to something and said to mom,"I want that" and she looked confused and said," Emergency poncho?" and i answered " Yea! emergency poncho! (my first big word)" Then mom said " Do you know how much it costs?" I said" 89 cents" so now if mom and dad don't know the price they will simply say 89 cents

I also got a summer job! X-D $150 a week! On Mon, Wed and Fri I watch these two cute and sweet girls named Charlie and Paige. Charlie is Kody's age and Paige is Julies age. They have a pool in there backyard and their dad told me I could go swimming with them if they wanted to. This is possibly the best job in the world! Other then the fact I have to wake up at seven. :P Write to you later!

P.S. Here is the latest installment to "The Lost Spell"

Chapter One

Ever since I found out I had magical powers everything seems different. Not only did I find out that all my friends are unicorn, dragon, or Phoenix, but my best friend (you know, the one you can’t really call a friend because they are more than that) turns out to be my guardian and “mind-linker”. Now I am trying to get through three years of training in one week and I am doing horribly.

Of course, it is only Monday.

And tomorrow this mage or something is coming to enhance my studies.

And it’s only Monday.

Oh, I forgot, my name is Jake. I am a thirteen year old boy and used to live at a Boarding school for misguided boys. In other words, juvenile hall. My parents were killed by a drunk driver. I was Kind of hoping they were killed by some evil sorcerer, but no, it was a total accident. Oh, and all of my friends, (the unicorns and dragons, and Phoenixes) I’m there shepherd or something.

But anyway, one day I was just sitting there doing my homework when a girl smashed through the window.

“Come on! Hurry, jump out the window!” She yelled

“Are you insane?!” I thought she was crazy. My room was on the 5th floor up and right above the street.

She rolled her eyes and grabbed my collar and started shoving me towards the window. ”There is a portal out there. Now jump!” She pulled out a knife and held it threateningly. I jumped. I screamed. I opened my eyes and I was standing on a shag carpet.

“Oh, good, you’re here” this old guy was sitting in an overstuffed chair said. I started looking around the room and someone behind me burst out laughing, I spun around and there was my best friend, Alexia.

“Bet you didn’t expect me.” She smiled.

“Why are you here?” I said as I ran over and gave her a hug.

“Let’s take this slowly” The old man put his hand on Alexia’s shoulder

A loud zap Sounded behind us.

“What did I miss?” It was the girl who had smashed through my window. I looked at her and made sure she didn’t have a knife before I let her get too close to me.

“Sorry about the knife thing, but you weren’t cooperating.” She said, smiling

“Well I just found out that when you jump out of a five story window into New York traffic, you wind up standing on a shag carpet with an old man and your best friend apparently waiting for you. Oh and your best friend has a bow and arrows strapped to her back.” I was a little angry now that I wasn’t in shock “Can someone please explain all this to me?”

“Not tonight, Jakolli” The old man said, “Tonight, you need your sleep.”

“Jake, my name’s Jake” I mumbled

“Wow, he doesn’t know anything, does he?” The girl said

She sprinkled some sparkly stuff on me and the next thing I knew, everything went black.

It's been awhile since I've checked your blog. What an exciting time for you with your new job, and goals. You will accomplish some exciting things in your life. It's fun to record stories. I have a friend who records "the funniest thing she heard" everyday on her blog. It's fun to read at times.... especially when she quotes me. It makes me more aware of what people are saying and trying to find humor throughout the day.
